My fiancée lives on Mindanao and has a 5 y.o. son who will go with her to Manila for the medical and embassy interview.

We know that he doesn’t need to take the seminar himself, but she is trying to find out if he will be allowed inside with her while she attends the seminar. She doesn’t know anyone in Manila and certainly doesn’t want to leave her son unattended somewhere.

Can she bring him into the seminar with her?

May your visa journey be smooth and speedy.

That is correct, my wife confirmed that during her seminar in Aug 2010, kids are allowed to accompany they're parents during the seminar.
