When question, do I have to give just one answer below or I have to answer all of the answers below? (In a study papers that USCIS provided, it did not say give one on some of the questions. I am confused:(

For example:

37. What does the judicial branch do? (do I have to choose just one answer?)

▪ reviews laws

▪ explains laws

▪ resolves disputes (disagreements)

▪ decides if a law goes against the Constitution

When question, how do I answer?

59. Who lived in America before the Europeans arrived?

▪ American Indians

do I have to say AND or its OR?

▪ Native Americans

65. What happened at the Constitutional Convention? choose one? or all answers below?

▪ The Constitution was written.

▪ The Founding Fathers wrote the Constitution.

Thank you!!!! :)

ditto,

when they ask for one answer, all of the choices are correct. only if they ask you to name more than one, such as name 2 o 3 indian tribes, I think they were 3. I can't remember.

ok some are saying name ONE or TWO.

some quastions the answers sound same but difrent wording.

but there are few like this one for example:

it's not saying name ONE and the answers are difrent(at least i think that).do i still only give one or do i need to name all.

What is the “rule of law”?

▪ Everyone must follow the law.

▪ Leaders must obey the law.

▪ Government must obey the law.

▪ No one is above the law.

Why did the colonists fight the British?

▪ because of high taxes (taxation without representation)

▪ because the British army stayed in their houses (boarding, quartering)

▪ because they didn’t have self-government

Why did the colonists fight the British?

▪ because of high taxes (taxation without representation)

▪ because the British army stayed in their houses (boarding, quartering)

▪ because they didn’t have self-government

it's always one, unless they request two or three.

the first example are similiar and say the same thing with different wording. everyone must follow the law, that includes, the Government, no one is above the law means that everyone must obey the law/follow the law, and that includes leaders.

everyone, including Government and Leaders must obey the law and they aren't above the law just like everybody else, which is us.

the second example are correct answers for the question. 3 different reasons why the colonists fought the British

just pick one, the easiest. For me to memorize was the first one, because of higher taxes.

ok some are saying name ONE or TWO.

Everyone has said name one answer. Aleful was just clarifying name one except when you are specifically asked in the question to name more than one answer, for example:

What are two rights in the Declaration of Independence?

▪ life

▪ liberty

▪ pursuit of happiness

In the case of this question you would need to memorize 2 answers.

Hope that clears things up.
