YEAA Got NOA1 today

Hello everyone My fiance is from Morocco and I sent out his petition on Feb 1st. I received the confirmation email today stating in 7 to 10 days i will get the actual letter. I do believe we will have an RFE though When he mailed me his G-325a form, at the bottom where it says to write your name in your native language and to write your name and date at the bottom, he typed it out on the computer instead, he does have his actual signature where he it's supposed to be. I'm going for a week the first week of April. Do you think it's a good idea to have him do another one and bring it home with me and when I get home send the correct one in so it doesn't delay us too much?? I just don't want anymore delays because we have had enough already with other things. Thank you advance for your replies, Im just so excited to have recieved the confirmation email, yeaaa

Actually I forgot to do it on mine and we had no problems. What is really funny I just realized it after we got a visa.

Nooooo,lol do it don't wait till April,he can get the form in USCIS page,print and send to u,it's better don't delay the process lol,the mine just took 7 months we got the NOA2 of approval we are in the next step NVC

By the time I actually receive it, i will be on my way there, lol And that's if I even get it on time, the first time he sent it to me, i never got it. I will get it when i'm there and send it when i get home.

I too did not fill out native name as to me my fiance spells his name Taha... ignorance on my part as i should have known it was supposed to be in Arabic. We did not recieve and RFE but hope it wont be a problem at the interview Monday. Best of luck with your petition!

I think i will just send it in, just in case, but im glad to know so far, 2 of you didnt and nothing bad happeded, good luck on the interview Monday and keep us posted :D
