If she has an email address I'm happy to ask my wife to send her an email about her interview experience last September. PM me if you think it would help.

an attorney said there's an english test? oh my - you've the wrong attorney, just on that one data point.

--

tell yer lass to stay away from the 001 web portal harpies - they LOVE to confound the newbies with wrong information.

--

Marc Ellis has a paralegal IN China - suggest you engage with her for 2 hours of billable time (hers, not Marc's) and get the lowdown. To heck with all of this other stuff, using the internet for searches, reading the embassy interviews, trusting in YOUR lawyer, getting feedback at CFL. Seriously - to heck with it - instead - engage with Evelyn for 2 hours of billable time.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

My response is 'study the GUZ IV red flag list'

at

GUZ IV red flags - http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/234971-red-flag-list-for-visa-denial/page__hl__appointment

I've got some things there at post #8 and #9, JustAShooter re-verified what I wrote via a paraphrase in post #10.

Hi Darnell,

Yes, I know I have the wrong attorney now; that's two wrong attorneys in a row. I found out the first one was a scam artist who was barred from practicing law. And the second one could give a flying Rat's #### about me, my fiancee and our fiancee visa. And she lies. But she is already paid in full. If she sabotages my fiancee visa I'll do my best to reduce the amount of business she gets to a trickle.

Thanks for the info in your replies.

Not sure if I want to add more paralyzing fear into the mind of my fiancee by pointing her to the list of what could cause a lifetime ban, at this time. Maybe later.

Thanks also for the info on 001.

Thanks for the reply Operator,

Still working on my fiancee.

I think I'm slowing pulling her out of fear paralysis mode.

What is 001 and where is it? Maybe I can warn my fiancee about it.

Take care,

IMO, if she doesn't already know about it, it may be best to simply not mention it. I say this because she may decide to go look at that site on her own out of curiosity.

Hi Ryan,

Thanks for the link.

Yes, I think you are right. I won't tell her about it.

It would be like saying, there's a purple Elephant outside, don't look outside to verify that for yourself.

Take care,
