I have few questions regarding my file. We have filed under the category IR5 - Parent of US CITIZEN. My questions are

1). Do we have to file separate for mother and father? If no, then

2). How does my current file which is on my father's name will transfer to my mother's name since my father has passed away?

3). What will be the next process in this petition?

4). What documentation do we need to submit next?

I have few questions regarding my file. We have filed under the category IR5 - Parent of US CITIZEN. My questions are

1). Do we have to file separate for mother and father? If no, then

YES, file separatly, you can see FormI130, section D, items 1 and 2.

add father info on mother I130 and vice versa.

2). How does my current file which is on my father's name will transfer to my mother's name since my father has passed away?

It will not, it is kind of separate till you have them attach to each other, see first answer

you need to submit papers for each one of them

3). What will be the next process in this petition?

File the I130, if filled, then wait for approval, if received approval, wait for NVC documents

I don't know where you are in your process

4). What documentation do we need to submit next?

It all depends on where you are in your process,

Parents marriage certificate, your birth certificate, your marriage certificate, and some more.... it all depends on where you are in your process
