Ok so my husbands grandfather wil lbe our co spo sor he has to fill out thei-864 with his income which ibeliev eis a pension from railroad. He claims his wife also whichi believe has no retirement. What documents doineed from him? Last three tax returns, proof of citizenship.

01-14-2012 I-130 mailed by FedEx

01-17-2012 I-130 delivered to Phoenix uscis office

01-20-2012 NOA1

01-23-2012 Touched

01-27-2012 Request for expedite by phone (USC baby ILl)

02-02-2012 Expedite documents emailed

02-03-2012 i-130 Approved

NVC (6 days)

02-10-2012 NVC Received

02-14-2012 NVC case number assigned

02-14-2012 Expedite request resent

02-16-2012 Expedite Approved

03-13-2012 Medical

03-22-2012 interview

he has to reached the poverty guideline which is for 3 persons $23,162 annually..yes he will fill out the I-864 form then provide the last 3 years ITR,W2,Evidence of current sustained income and evidence of his US citizenship..hope this would help you..

09/29/2011: We got married =)

10/31/2011: I-130 sent

11/14/2011: NOA1

04/17/2012: I-130 Approved (No RFE praise the Lord!)

NVC 42 DAYS

06/04/2012: NVC received

06/07/2012: DS-3032 accepted

07/13/2012: Case complete at NVC

07/16/2012: Interview scheduled (Interview Date: 08/29/2012)

07/25/2012: Medical

RIO DE JANEIRO CONSULATE

08/29/2012: Interview

XX/XX/2012: Passaport in hands

XX/XX/2012: POE

My interview took 289 days to be schedule since my I-130 NOA1 date.
