I-864 Questions

Although it sounds like the NVC is another headache after the long wait at the CSC, I had a couple questions as I was preparing the I-864 form. If I already filled the regular I-864, but qualify for the EZ, should I switch to it or does it matter? Another question I had, for anyone else in the NOA2 stage, do we just fill out "None" for the Alien Registration number? I don't think we have anything except a USCIS Receipt Number currently. Lastly, question 21, part c, says if you are currently married, enter "1" for your spouse. However, it says do not count anyone twice, and I already counted my spouse as the primary immigrant. Very stupid questions I'm assured, but hoping for some help!

To make it short:

1) If I filled I-864 already but qualify for I-864EZ, do I need to switch?

2) In the NOA2 phase of the IR-1 visa, is the Alien Registration Number "None"?

3) Even though I'm married, do I put a 0 in question 21 part c if my spouse is whom the affidavit is for?

Thanks so much. I apologize for any repeat questions in other posts, had no luck going a few pages into the forums again. :)

To make it short:

1) If I filled I-864 already but qualify for I-864EZ, do I need to switch?--use the I-864EZ

2) In the NOA2 phase of the IR-1 visa, is the Alien Registration Number "None"?---just state there NONE or N/A

3) Even though I'm married, do I put a 0 in question 21 part c if my spouse is whom the affidavit is for?

to the forums again. :)---as my husband did, he just put 2 in his household size since I'm his wife and the benefeciary, you shoudn't count your wife twice. that's it.

hope that would help. good luck!

Thanks for the reply! :) Just to make sure, did he put a 0 in part C? Thanks again! I just feel strange putting a 0 when it says to put a 1 if married :P
