What EXACTLY does the RFE ask for? Quote the letter word-for-word; don't paraphrase it.

When you say "we send pictures and bus tickets," does that mean with the initial filing, or in response to the RFE?

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

So i got my RFE and it asks for the last meeting of me and my fiance and hes birth certificate which we forgot to put in there and get it translated in English. The problem with the birth certificate we can do but for the last meeting it ask for a copy of my passport and stamps to show when I was there. I have a passport card which they don't have a copy of because we filed in August and I received it in November of last year. I called USCIS and they said to make a copy of everything of the passport card and send it and get any other different types of evidence like pictures and write a letter. MY question is is there anyway to get proof that I was there or how else can i prove it, Like going to POE asking for a copy of the passport card used times?

You should send a copy of the Passport card, in the effort to validate your visit in question. They may download the chip or check other databases to validate the visit. You may also wish to add any credit card (or Debit Card) statements or receipts that validate your presence, during the period of time you originally claimed.

Thank you I will sure do that because I just checked my bank statement and it shows how I used my card over there.

Write an explanation of why you haven't got passport stamp. Submitting initial(primary) evidence is most important - ATM receipts or bank transcript/statement showing transactions are evidence accepted as initial evidence; they show that you were in Mexico. Most importantly, that evidence has your name, date and year on it. Make sure to use something with dates/year on which is within the last two years, not just something from after filing the petition.

Pictures are secondary evidence, they only support your primary evidence.

K1 process, October 2010 > POE, July 2011

I-129F approved in 180 days from NOA1 date. (195 days from filing to NOA2 in hand)

Interview took 224 days from I-129F NOA1 date. (241 days from filing petition until visa in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until POE: 285 days

Click timeline or "about me" for all details.

AOS process, December 2011 > July 2012

EAD/AP Approval took 51 days from NOA1 date to email update. (77 days from filing until EAD/AP in hand)

AOS Approval took 206 days from NOA1 date to email update. (231 days from filing until greencard in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until greencard in hand: 655 days

The exact words are:

"Requirement that petitioner and beneficiary have met in person: It must be established that the petitioner and beneficiary have met in person and or have been in each others physical presence at any time during the two years immediately preceding the filing of this petition.

Last Personal Meeting- Submit Evidence of meeting the beneficiary in person within the two-year period preceding the filing of the petition. Primary evidence may include copies of passport pages that show the identification page and admission stamps, airline ticket stubs and receipts (that indicate month, day, and year) military orders, letter from commanding officer, or any evidence that will help the USCIS to determine that the petitioner has met the beneficiary within the two years. Secondary evidence may include film dated photographs of the petitioner and beneficiary together. The following DOES NOT constitute as evidence of meeting: itineraries, disk videos, emails, letters, phone bills phone cards, greeting cards, and money orders.

Birth document: Submit legible copy of the original language birth certificate(s), showing both parents' names, issued by civil authorities showing it was registered or recorded by the county, state, or province for him. The certificate must have been registered near the time of birth.

If the requested civil documents is/are unavailable, the petitioner must submit certification of non-existence of record from the civil authority where the birth took place establishing that the record(s) is/are not available. Affidavits may NOT be submitted in lieu of certificates of unavailability.

If me and him met since high school should we put a copy of our HS Diplomas we have no pictures because we were not that close but we met through friends but I didn't know if we should place a copy of the diplomas and if it would help because it was a couple of years back.

Why do the bus tickets not count as primary evidence when they also have my name?

Because the bus tickets will only prove that you've been at the place, but doesn't automatically translate to: you were at X place with your fiancee.
