we are going to have hamburgers for dinner.... Hubby got a BBQ over the weekend :thumbs: So he is gonna cook..... Of course I have to make the burgers and do the clean-up :P

The inside of a subway sandwich. No carbs for me, I'm bored and nothing tastes good but I lost 17 lbs :thumbs:

You lost 17 lbs in 6 weeks by eating nothing but Subway sandwiches (sans the bread)?

No I lost it by eating no carbs. No bread, pasta, potatos, sweets, fruits. My diet basically consists of lean protein, vegetables, water, crystal light, and that low carb dark chocolate from trader joes which has been my saving grace!

I went to Smithfields restaurant.. had a combo with bbq chicken, pork bbq, potato salad, baked beans, and hushpuppies(everything smothered with texas pete)! big cup of sweetea, and banana pudding for dessert.. :dance:
