Don't worry, I filed in June and so far I have heard nothing about the status. Got my bio & RFE done and a relocation notice, then it's all quiet.

It can work to your advantage as well. When 90 days prior to your AOS extension expires and you are still married, file your Naturalization (N-400) to force USCIS finish your ROC.

Or you can call for a Level 2 rep, they might shine some light on it.

Just wait, if they want to play this game we can do the same.

I just checked USCIS status of mine (submitted August 30) and says Initial Review. This probaby means it is on record of being received but no person has started any review or process towards any decision. California office has approved many August filers. Makes you wonder what is happening up in Vermont.

I also checked and average times is now 7.1 months at Vermont, up from 6 months to process as it stated in August. I guess we just have to be patient and not be concerned until the end of March.
