medical exam places in cdj

for the ppl that have gone to cdj which of the 2 medical exam places that cdj has indicated would u recommend?

also does anyone know if they are closed on the 14 of march which is the second Wednesday of the month?? i read that the consulado us closed the 2nd Wednesday of each month and the last friday too and holidays. does this include the medical places and asc???
