Sponsor's change of address before interview

My husband is moving into the house he just rented for us. We already submitted the affidavit of support form to the NVC with his old temp address, and our case is now closed at NVC and interview date is scheduled for March 27.

Who does he notify of the change of address? Do we just bring an updated affidavit of support form to the interview? Or does he need to do something else about it?

sponser = petitioner?

if so - be certain you have the address change in at NVC - they can take it now, since you've not interviewed yet.

This address will be important, as that's where (ultimately) yer green card will be sent.

Yes sponsor = petitioner = husband.

I just called the NVC and did the change. Operator told me I don't need to bring updated forms (I'm thinking DS230 and affidavit of support) with the new address to the interview, should I believe her?

oh - you totally dismiss the 'ask often, get a concensus answer' at NVC?

Here's what ya do.

Call back 5 times over 5 days, different times of the day.

Ask the exact same question each time - then record the answer (in real time) to paper.

When yer finished, tally up the answers.

The ONE over 50 percent? take that answer, run with it.

The ONE over 50 percent? take that answer, run with it.

I usually go for the "better safe than sorry" and "you can never be too prepared" approach, so I guess I will bring amended forms to the interview anyway. I already prepared mine (DS230) and asked my husband to do his AoS, so they're ready anyway.

I just can't go through the full names, dates of birth, email adresses and phone numbers check 5 times a day. Once is annoying enough!!

i not say 5 times a day. I said 5 times over 5 days,

with the implication that's really once a day.

What yer varying is the call time, the time of day to make the call; the hope is that you get a different human, each time.
