Question on DS3032... We just got our NVC number on the 6th of Feb. Its almost sure that the mailed out DS 3032 will not be gotten by my husband due to the ineffective mailing system that we have in Nigeria. I read here that some people can send a modified DS 3032 via an email to NVC. Is that still being accepted and how long do I have to wait before he can email the modified DS3032 out to NVC? Thanks VJ family.

Once NV has issued a case number then you ca bnemail the DS 3032...it is still accepted via email. Just create and email with your NVC case number in the subject line

then at the top, write the petitioners, full name, date of birth and also same details the beneficiary.

indicate the RE as DS 3032. state that you havejust being issued your case number and ur will like to appoint so and so as the agent of choice to recieve all documents and make payments for the beneficiary. You could have your husband do this from his email( in which he has to indicate ur email address).

or you do it on his behalf and put both ur emails.

some VJ members have suggested calling NVC first to give them your email addresses for their file before emailing the DS 3032 info but I did not do this and it worked. You could have ur husband sign and attach the form in an email to you and you then attach same form to NVC email.

I sent two emails , one with a scanned DS 3032 attached and a second without an attachment and I received NVC acknowledgement on both of them.

GOD has been WONDERFUL!!!

Thank you all for your speedy response however, NVC hasn't sent out the email for the DS3032 yet to us. My husband has the DS3032 email already constructed. Do I need to wait to hear that they have sent out the form or can he go ahead and email the Ds3032 now???:wacko::ot2:(F)(L)
