The Fees:

US$213.35 for 15 year and older

US$185.35 for 14 year and below

We book our room through Asia Travel Hotels – Bayview Park Hotel that is located directly across the street from the Embassy and Saint Luke Medical Center. {Why} The room was cheaper through a travel agency and included breakfast buffet each day.

We arrived at the Medical Center on Tuesday around 5:15 am and there were at least 35 people in front of us.

Ladies – you cannot get your physical if your having your monthly menstrual cycle. They will turn you away, and tell you to come back.

This is a two-day process for a K1/K2 Visa

The entire process of waiting in line and back to our hotel room took approximately 6 hours.

Things they asked for:

1) They did ask for your new case number {Alien Case number} that NVC issues and sends to the Embassy.

We only had verbal confirmation of our MNL# and our previous EAC number that shows our application approval.

2) Valid Passport (have it photocopied as well)

3) Appointment letter – Bring original and have the first 2 pages photo copied.

4) 4 pictures. 2x2 photos – white background, with both ears uncovered and without earrings.

{There are businesses around the Embassy that specialize in VISA/Passport pictures.

5) {NICE TO HAVE} Online Registration form already filled out.

6) Black pen

Day 1 (Tuesday)

TB test {tuberculosis skin test}

* They did not except the 2x2 pictures that we brought, so they will be retaken prior to going back on Thursday.

and the petittioner is not allowed inside ! He must stay out on the steps outside and have small talk with the locals. It gets hot on those steps too in the morning because the sun is directly on you from the East! I know. I sat there for three hours waiting on her :bonk:

How many days did you allocate for your medical exam? I've read in St. Lukes website that if you're child is goin' to have a Tuberculin skin test the result will be read 48-72 hours after? So that's approximately 2-3 days after skin testing.

Maria and her daughter was tested for TB on Tuesday, and will return Thursday to have the results read. In this case, just 2 days.

Saint Luke center did like the photo based on their newer haricut.
