What to expect? The worst of course. However it'll be hard for them to make a decision beyond reasonable doubt about your case.

Who knows, it might just be a random pick, which happens.

Tell us about your ROC application timeline and the stuff you sent again so we might be able to give you some advises.

If you want to nail the interview, prepare for the worst. It doesn't mean that they will ask you all sorts of question, but when you are happily married, I don't see any problem in going for interview.

In my case I will be pissed because I have to drive 300 miles and spend $150 at least for this trip. If my town has interview location, I would love to go to interview and freakin nail it.

I sent joint Tax return for 09,10., lease, pictures. Infact i sent a good package to uscis.

Likewise here, and they still send me an RFE.

However did you got a notice regarding your application got "relocated to local office"? I got one of those since last October and so far, nothing.

Frustrating isn't it. I guess those whom had it easy will never understand the pain we have to go through.

I know how you feel, my husband hasn't gone through removing conditions yet, but we have to drive really far away to go to our local USCIS office. We had to drive 274 miles for my husband's biometrics appointment, that is a 5 hour drive there and back. We leave the day before and get a motel room. We ended up getting an AOS interview too, I was kind of hoping we wouldn't, but oh well. We kind of made a little trip out of it and stayed a couple more days and did a few things there. It was kind of fun.

Hi ,

Do not worry, we had interview because our evidence was thin, but got approved. We their with every thing we had and more importantly, be organized with your evidence so you are not fumbling around. I was nervous wreck, but it is ok to be nervous, we are human and they know that. We did not have all the evidence like oue rental lease, and kids emergency contact number from school. I sent it later and we got approved. It would have been nice if you din't get th interview, now that you are here face is confidently!

Do you still remember what questions did they ask during the interview? Did they interview both of you together, or separately?

For me being depressed means i can,t even get up from my bed,. And can not even get a good night sleep. I got an intyerview latter. just to update you guys. dont know what to expect.

Dont get depressed! there is a chance that its just a random pick for quality control purpose. From what you said the materials you submitted, it is highly likely it is JUST a random pick, so dont worry. Just get prepared and you will be fine. I have a question: before you received this interview letter, did you receive any letter about "notice of relocation or transfer"? since they had to relocate your case from VSC to your local office to do the interview, sometimes they send out a letter or change the online status. I am wondering whether you received such a letter? My case is still pending, no news at all, so very frustrating. thanks you any of your input and good luck to your interview.

You got a letter of application relocation to your local office?

I got one, back in October, and so far I have heard NOTHING.

Wonder what is going on with USCIS lately...
