AOS February Filers.

Kstrozyk, I got three separate emails with three different receipt numbers, which I assume equates to the I-130, I-485 & I-765 (I didn't file Form I-131, so if you did you will probably receive 4 emails); however there is no telling which email/receipt number corresponds to which application at this time because the case numbers in the emails are not yet in the UCSIS system-- the email does suggest to wait until the I-797 arrives in the mail before checking your case online, but I had to check anyway

Did everyone's package get routed to the NBC or their own local USCIS field office?

Yes, I think the packges gets sent to NBC but I-130 & I-485 eventually ends up at your local office prior to interview

I dont know if we are February or March filers but I posted under the March 2012 as the USCIS online shows I-485 was received on March 02, 2012.

The I-130 & I-765 shows were received on february 29, 2012.

Is this normal? We included all of them in one package..

Not sure if it is "normal"-- but the same thing happened to me also, the I-130 & I-765 arrived on Feb 27th and the I-485 arrived on March 1st. Everything was sent in the same package also, weird thing is that even though the I-485 has a latter acceptance date, it actually has the first receipt number out of the three forms filed.

It seems like we both filed at pretty much the same time

Well my physical NOA letters has the same acceptance date even though the I-485 had a latter date online too.

I guess it's safe to say the acceptance date is the filing date. Not the delivery date nor mailing out date.

BTW, no Biometrics letter yet for me. Still patiently waiting :-) Heard the Local ASC usually mails those not NBC, Guess my local ASC is taking their time LOL. Any opinion on this?

It looks like you posted your packaged off 5 days before me and received your texts/emails 3 days before me. I know the email said 7-10 business days for the physical NOA which would be anytime from Monday 12th through Thursday 15th for me, yours should be between this Wednesday and Monday 12th (excluding Saturdays/Sundays)-- it will be interesting to see how far apart our NOA's come.

I would ignore Saturdays and Sundays-- if it was delivered Wednesday then Monday (today) is only the 3rd business day-- I didn't receive notice until the 4th business day and some timeslines show that they didn't get anything until the 7th or 8th business day.

I know the email said 7-10 business days for the physical NOA which would be anytime from Monday 12th through Thursday 15th for me, yours should be between this Wednesday and Monday 12th (excluding Saturdays/Sundays)-- it will be interesting to see how far apart our NOA's come.

I would ignore Saturdays and Sundays-- if it was delivered Wednesday then Monday (today) is only the 3rd business day-- I didn't receive notice until the 4th business day and some timeslines show that they didn't get anything until the 7th or 8th business day.

I agree as can be seen with most of our timelines, from delivery date of AOS package, Give 7 days (plus or minus 3 days)including weekends for E-notifications & and a further 7 days (plus or minus 3 days)including weekends for letters to be delivered

But can anybody confirm if the local ASC mail out biometric appointments?

Our biometric appointment letter is from NBC directly, postage stamp shows zip code 64063.

we haven't received our hard copy NOA1 yet, but already got the biometric letter, did we lost some mail??

I guess I should complain more often ;-) I got 3 emails and 3 text 10 minutes after my previous post. They receieved all forms.

That makes sense given that it comes with NOA letters sometimes, Whether it is dependent on the Local ASC schedule or appointment availability is another matter

In that case, here am I complaining as well.. "May my biometric letter (even if lost ) retrace it's way back to me this week!!!"
