Quick update: received email confirmation of acceptance for the I-130, I-485 & I-765 tonight (03/01/12) at 8pm, three days after receipt of package.

Kstrozyk, I got three separate emails with three different receipt numbers, which I assume equates to the I-130, I-485 & I-765 (I didn't file Form I-131, so if you did you will probably receive 4 emails); however there is no telling which email/receipt number corresponds to which application at this time because the case numbers in the emails are not yet in the UCSIS system-- the email does suggest to wait until the I-797 arrives in the mail before checking your case online, but I had to check anyway

Did everyone's package get routed to the NBC or their own local USCIS field office?

Thank You. I submitted a copy of I-94 (both sides) and a copy of Border Crossing Card. I just hope I don't get RFE for something else.

The I-94 is enough to prove legal entry, this is what I sent a copy (front and back) of also.

I believe that Cava however entered under the newer ESTA system and the I-94 is no longer given under this process.

We received the Biometrics appointment letter today for both I485 and I765. Appointment is 3/21/12. We seemed to be moving right along. Hope this pace keeps up, but I won't hold my breath.

Received Fingerprints Appointment only 5 days after receipt date. this is moving along quite nicely.

Looks like my receipt numbers have finally been added to the USCIS online case tracker.

Both my I-130 and I-765 were received on the 27th and are now onto their "initial review" stages. My I-864 however wasn't received until March 1st and is still on the "acceptance" stage-- strange.

Perhaps you mean the I-485 (which includes I-693 & I-864 )and not just the I-864.

Usually heard the I-485 online status can stay that way only to jump to approved after interview.

Like Kindlywaiting & A&M WALEO, I hope my Biometric letter is also in my mail as I am away from home @ the Mo'.

Oops typo, yes I meant my I-485.

That is good to know that the I-485 status isn't unusual. It does say that my "fingerprint fee was accepted and we have mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case" for AOS receipt number.
