Goodluck Kyaw, Sure you'll get your EAD before then. Wish my local office would do things as fast and not just sip tea at their desk all day. Do keep us posted too. I made this AOS February 2012 F

thanks for the update to the sheet...

I think it's pretty clear that the bio walk-in do not affect/reduce the days to recieve to EAD... on average they're pretty much the same

I have not received my interview date yet. Received my EAD on 4.7.2012.

Checking on the USCIS site says "Initial Review" for the AOS.

Also the last touched date was 4.3.2012.

Hummm...

AOS TIMELINE:

02/08/2012 AOS Application Sent.

02/14/2012 NOA Hard Copy Received for EAD and AOS in mail 2/14/2012.

03/01/2012 Biometrics letter received. Bio scheduled at 3pm on 03/29.

03/29/2012 Successful Biometrics. In & out only 20 mins.

04/03/2012 Received text and email of EAD card production.

04/05/2012 Received text and email of EAD card mailed.

04/06/2012 Received EAD Card.

Just got my interview letter today. The date is May 24 at Federal Plaza. I would say my case is pretty fast if compare with other New Yorkers but the problem is my husband will take one of the course in upstate NY for his master degree of NYU for abt 1 week and he only be back in NYC on 25 May. He paid for the course already and i dont want to reschedule the interview as it will delay the process. Haizz. Just told him to talk with his Professor and see if he can come back to NYC earlier for the interview.

02/21/2012 NOA received in mail for I485, I765 & I131.
02/25/2012 NOA received in mail for I130

04/04/2012 Combo card EAD and Advance Parole approved but no mail update or case status update that my card was on production

A shout out to all my fellow February 2012 filers.

We are a little late in joining this thread but ultimately we're here...

You can find most info in my signature below but we are early Feb filers...

Filed on Feb 9th, received NOA1 the following week.

Got notice on Mar 8th, 2012 of case transfer

Got biometric appt of Mar 14th, 2012 and thats when we went (didn't know we could do a walkin, should have read more about it).

Got another notice on Mar 14th, 2012 that the case was received by the transferee facility and being processed.

Got letter ultimately stating that the I-485 was transferred to CSC.

Recently our EAD and AP was approved.

Received the EAD Combo card on April 16, 2012 (Monday).

No update on I-485 since 03-14-2012.

Anyone out there thats a Feb 2012 Filer whose I-485 has been transferred to CSC ? Would love to hear from you guys...

I have a questions guys, especially to the ones who already had an interview. On the appointment letter I received, it says I should bring my, the petitioner's, birth certificate. Does it apply only in case of Americans born in US, or should I get mine from Poland.

It usually takes 4-10 days max!

Texas newbie has an interview in Houston too on May 8 by 8:00 am. Good luck to all!!!

Yes, for a petitioner, birth cert would apply to American born citizen, as a proof of US citizenship. For you, a naturalized American,

your naturalization/citizenship cert / US passport should do

At this point, i am not very nervous about the interview, i am still working on organizing the folder with all the papers but i feel we have enough proves of our marriage...I hope everything will be easy and go well...

Thank you BobGee...i don't know how ready i am but i have a very good Friend up there (his name is God) and i think He is the only one who gave me the power and everything i needed to get to this point and i know He will be with us in that day as well. No matter what happens...i know my Father has a plan for me and even if it might not work the way i want...He has something else for me...so it will work one way or another! I put my worries in His hands.In the end...no matter how much we fight...it is only His will!

At this point, i am not very nervous about the interview, i am still working on organizing the folder with all the papers but i feel we have enough proves of our marriage...I hope everything will be easy and go well...
