You are about 3wks ahead of me and you got an RFE as well, so your progress is good news for me!

Hang in there Mikex, I think you should get your EAD in the next couple of weeks.

Goodluck Kyaw, Sure you'll get your EAD before then. Wish my local office would do things as fast and not just sip tea at their desk all day. Do keep us posted too. I made this AOS February 2012 F

Seems that the USCIS is working overtime!

AOS TIMELINE:

02/08/2012 AOS Application Sent.

02/14/2012 NOA Hard Copy Received for EAD and AOS in mail 2/14/2012.

03/01/2012 Biometrics letter received. Bio scheduled at 3pm on 03/29.

03/29/2012 Successful Biometrics. In & out only 20 mins.

04/03/2012 Received text and email of EAD card production.

04/05/2012 Received text and email of EAD card mailed.

04/06/2012 Received EAD Card.

Congratulations jay21, seems like April 10 was EAD production day for us. Now the wait for interview appointment begins :wacko:

I know! I hope I see that letter in the mail soon or I will go bananas! :wacko:

Thought I would share my progress with you guys as well as I am an inbetweeny. My priority date is Feb 29th.

I did my bio appt on April 2nd and today received my Appt. letter.

July 2005 - met my awesome, hot, amazing love in Lousiana.
July 2006 - Married said love and moved to Canada.
June 2011 - Entered US to visit family, decided to stay.
Feb. 2012 - Sent paperwork to Chicago.

May 2012 - Received green card.

Yay!!! got my EAD & AP approved today!!!! :dance: :dance: :dance:

Now Quick question, I did already have an ssn with the valid for work only with DHS approval and a valid MN drivers licence, I would think I couldnt really update those 2 docs with the EAD right? only the GC would effect any updates, I think

Pls advice if you know different

I agree! since 4th til yesterday, my USCIS site change 3x. The last one said, they mailed my EAD card! Im excited to receive it very soon! Hope it won't get delayed..

hello!!

finnally for the 1st time since I filed, the "case status" has showed me a progress... today the case for I-765 and I-131 shows that on April 11 ordered production of the new card.

I have the same question, I too already have a ssn and a driver's license.

Personally I think we don't need any changes but I could be wrong :)

Yay. Finally i got my combo WP and Advance Parole. NYC offices is really backlogged. Actually my work permit card was approved on Apr 04, but i got no update until i got the mail with the combo card in it. Weird right? So after 57days i got the work permit and advance parole card. Now waiting for the interview letter mail.
