Cool, I see progress in this AOS February 2012 Filers Timeline Sheet

yesterday 27th, went to the Bio appointment, fast in-out 20min... still no case status though and shows as "can't find the number"..

keep'on the waiting!

Are you saying none of the 4 apps receipts number can be viewed online. Even though, The online system case status is quite unreliable but you can get updates through them.

However, Dont worry as your receipt numbers not showing is not totally uncommon. Did you call USCIS yet? Well, until resolved, just be looking out for the physical letters.

I am moving....i got my interview letter tuesday with the appointment for 04.26.12.... I am a little scared about the idea that i need to start preparing the folder with proves of our marriage...i think i am more scared of the changes that will come once i am done with everything. Today i checked online the status about EAD and yesterday they put it in production...they say ill get it in 30 days...but by the time i ll get it, i ll probably have the green card... So everything went well till here....i didn' t received any RFE....Good luck everybody!

So, I received an RFE a couple of weeks back and sent off the info a couple of days ago. I'm wondering if I'll receive some confirmation like I did when I first sent off the package? I received a confirmation from the postal service the other day, but that is it.

Think your online status will show "RFE Response Review"

Goodluck Kyaw, Sure you'll get your EAD before then. Wish my local office would do things as fast and not just sip tea at their desk all day. Do keep us posted too. I made this AOS February 2012 F

Correct, none of the receipts shows any case status and never have showed... Haven't called USCIS yet and probably won't do it as long as the process time is on track...

When I got back home this afternoon, I decided to call USCIS as per service request for my Biometrics letter that I had not yet received. My online status/NOA shows February 17 acceptance date for I-485. The USCIS call center personnel told me I could place an SR since it's been over 30 days since my NOA date.(note, not delivery date as USCIS wouldnt know that & thus cannot determine 30 days from delivery date).

So i duly placed an SR.

Only to check the mail & there was the biometric letter waiting there for me scheduled for April 5, 2012.

Decided to take my chances & So off I went to the ASC which is just 20 mins from me anyway. And I was able to do a walk in Bio

Got there by 3:12 ish , only one person in front of me. And the guard told me, we normally dont allow walk-in, but i was allowed to do it and got done in 10 mins.

Called USCIS later to let them know I got my lettter today after all, but do I get to cancel the service request or what? they were like nevermind, just go to the appointment.

All in all, a fulfilling day for me, let the waiting continue :-)

So, yesterday, I got a response on the Service request i placed on a day I ended up receiving my Bio letter and completing it too. It says:

The status of this service request is:

USCIS systems indicate that on 3/19/12 you appeared at the local Application Support Center and had your biometrics taken. Your case is now awaiting an interview. Your local USCIS Field Office will contact you once they are able to schedule the appointment. Should you not be contacted by your local USCIS Field Office within 90 days of this notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at the number listed below.

Can I take it as a sign I wont be getting any RFE, not that I am expecting any, as it seems my file is ready for my local office and RFEs come from NBC right?

Anyway, Given my slow ASC & local field office, I'll be patiently waiting. I hope my EAD comes through soon though

So much for NY being backlogged, We now know better. Guess it varies from local filed offices and there a couple more local offices in NY unlike some states who have just one

It's not weird to get interview before EAD, Interview date notice is determined by your local office and the EAD/AP approvals is determined by NBC.

i just got a text and email notice that my EAD is in production

goodluck for all u guys!!

01/30/2012 (day 0) AOS send

02/01/2012 (day 2) delivered

02/06/2012 (day 8) NOA text and email received

02/09/2012 (day 11) NOA hard copy received

02/10/2012 (day 12) Biomatric appointment letter with appointment date 02/28/2012 3:00pm

02/13/2012 (day 15) Walk-in biomatric done in Phoneix (in and out for 20 minutes)

03/12/2012 (day 44) Interview appointment letter for I-485 received with appointment date on 04/17/2012 8:40am

04/02/2012 (day 60) Received text and email update about EAD card in production

04/10/2012 (day 68) EAD card in hand

04/17/2012 (day 75) Interview approved on the spot

04/25/2012 (day 83) Green card in hand with the expiration date 2 years from interview date

03.06.2012 (day 6) Checks cashed

03.09.2012 (day 9) Received i-797c NOA - Biometrics Appointment for March 27

03.12.2012 (day 12) Received hard copies of NOA for I-485, I-131, I-130 and I-765

03.27.2012 (day 27) Completed biometrics appointment

04.03.2012 (day 34) Received e-notification of interview appointment date - May 8
