Our interview date is tomorrow and I guess I am a bit paranoid. We were in the hospital because my wife had a miscarriage today. I called the National Center, and got a confirmation number, for both her and our daughter., but wanted to be sure that it wouldn't be a problem in our filing for benefits. Thanks

Unfortunatley, we just received an email from the USCIS saying our case had been denied. We called the national center, and they replied that they oculdn't tell us, we had to wait until the letter. I have a feeling it'll be not as restful of a three day weekend as we had hoped. :wacko:

the girl in a similar position to you (sick though) also received a denial but then another letter AFTER the denial rescheduling the interview. You have the confirmation number, attend the INFOPASS with your proof of the medical issues and the confirmation numbers and it should be fine. worst case scenario get your senator/congressperson involved.
