I am filing for my fiance, but do not meet the requirements, I have co sponsors but not sure what form I need to fill out and what my sponsors need to fill out. On our packet it states: Proof of Economic Solvency (The petitioner can provide a letter from their current employer, recent check stubs, and current tax returns. The Affidavit of Support I-864 is not required. (A job offers letter for the beneficiary can also be provided).

I know there is an I-864, I864A and I-134. for the support but not sure who fills out what. Help please!

Thank you for your quick reply. WIth the I-134 I can fill out, then my mother, can my step father also fill out the form?

You can only have one co-sponsor with the I-134. Choose the one that earns the most, making sure they reach the 125% poverty level or higher for a household size that includes themselves, their spouse, any dependent kinds under 21, any other dependents they may have, plus your fiance(e).

Here are the poverty guidelines: http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-864p.pdf

You fill out an I-134, and your co-sponsor fills out their own separate I-134. You and your co-sponsoor each need to provide a tax transcript for the most recent tax year, letter from your employer stating position and salary, and a few months worth of your most recent pay stubs. Your co-sponsor also needs to provide proof of being a USC or LPR.

11. I intend or do not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person(s) named in item 3.

What should my answer be to this? what will look better?

I checked Intend, and on the line put: K-1 visa process for permanent residence ( provide all expenses as necessary )

You can also follow the example form: http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-I-134.pdf
