my fiance went for the interview a while ago and was mailed the visa through loomis express she picked up her package from them today she is not asking me if i can look up weather its ok to open the dhl envelope im not sure what shes talking about since im not there and i havent seen any thing while searching yahoo or this site about this so is it ok for her to open?

Does the envelope have DO NOT OPEN printed on it?

The envelope has to be opened to get the passport which contains the visa.

There will be an another envelope inside that is clearly marked, stating not to open it. It's an envelope that's to be given at the border when activating the visa.

Don't open anything that says not to open it. If it doesn't say that, that means it's the main envelope and she can open it to get her visa.
