Received notification 80 days after re-interview

I'm a may 2011 filer who's case have dragged much longer than I anticipated. I passed the civil test section of interview last September however, I didnt have some copies of traffic violations which i had listed on the application (i already paid the tickets). This mistake cost me cause the IO required me to come back for re-interview with a list of documents including proof of payment for the aforementioned tickets.

I had my interview back in November by a different officer who told me i shouldnt have a problem with my file and I should get correspondence in the mail in two weeks. instead within those two weeks my online status changed to Supervisor Review. That status remained for 80 days unti i received an email saying "the supervisor review of your case was completed. We will mail you a notice once a final decision has been made. Please wait to receive the notice before you contact USCIS" So today i called asked to be transfered to tier 2 where I was told my case has been APPROVED!!!

I went MIA from the form coz i wanted to get my mind off the case but now seems like my journey is almost coming to an end. I hope this posting is useful to other VJers

Thanks Concord!!! I decided that I wasnt going to call USCIS until I hit at least 90 days but got a little surprise a little sooner!
