when should i start my medicals for my April interview

my interview is in late April, when should i start my medicals? also which of the 3 laps in Ghana should i use?

A month and a half before is a good time. Go to Trinity.

Which part of Ghana are you? if you leave in Accra use Holy Trinity Hospital, it located around North Kaneshie, just pick a taxi from anywhere in Accra and tell the driver you are going to Holy Trinity Hospital at North K, the building is painted sky blue.

Jarta, Can you please update your time line so we can get an idea of when the consulate recieved your paperwork and also when you received packet 3 etc.Thanks.I am trying to get an idea of when so we can decide when to do the medicals etc.

i just did. you have to track you case from the NVC to be able to know when the embassy received your package from DHL.and then email the embassy about pick up date (dont forget to include your new case number from NVC. call NVC for it). keep in mind, it takes the embassy 3 weeks to get back to you when you send them an email.

Thanks Buddy.So it took roughly three weeks for the consulate to get your forms from NVC.That is not bad at all considering it happened over thanksgiving.I am hoping for a similar timeline for an interview to be scheduled for my fiancee.I am hoping that she is here latest by end of August or maybe early September.

try and contact the embassy through email as soon as you get your case number from NVC since it takes the embassy 3 weeks to reply. they sent out call in letters but sometimes it takes forever to reach or it never reaches the beneficiaries. this all cause delays. i received my call in letter though. i THINK the earlier you go for your package 3 and 4 at the embassy, the sooner date you will get for your interview.

Do u have to wait for them to call u to pick up packet 3&4 my case was expedited from the nvc to ghana its been two weeks I keep getting we have the electronic but not the hard copy what do I do, now
