Im in the middle of getting all the documentation together for DS-230 and i864 forms for my in-laws.

There is a family event coming up in the US next month. Both my in-laws have 10yr Visitor Visas. My mother-in-law wishes to travel to the US.

Can she travel on her visitor visa while her immigration file is still in process? She plans on staying here for 2months.

Anything that I should keep a heads up on, regarding this matter

Thx.

I guess your mother-in-law can very well travel to the US even when her applications are pending since she has a valid tourist visa. With pending I-130 applications, this is the case. They will not have any problems while traveling on their tourist visas if they have sufficient proofs of their ties back at home.
