It's volume, this office holds three oath ceremonies per week (in the morning) and offers same day oath ceremonies in the afternoon. I have been to two already and the room was packed. Other offices process a smaller amount of applicants, but hold oath ceremonies once per month.

We finally got an email saying my husband's interview was scheduled! I'll update the timeline when we get the notice in the mail. Congrats to everyone who has become a citizen!

Unfortunately there is too much variation to it to give you a good answer. It very much depends on the scheduling talents at the local office, maybe even more so than the interview scheduling for which it is pretty much a standard an interview is scheduled six weeks ahead.

I was told at interview the oath ceremony would be in about a month. I did receive a message I was placed in the oath scheduling queue few weeks later but it looks like it hasn't been scheduled so far. My office has ceremonies every other Friday including today. Perhaps you should look up the schedule for your local office as well.

What option do you to speak with level 2 officer?

You won't get to talk to a level 2 officer unless your call is transferred. So just call the USCIS number, and once you get to talk to a customer service representative, ask him to transfer you to a level 2 officer. Some CSRs won't transfer you easily so you have to be persistent.

They didn't do something to it like punching a hole? One thing is for sure. He is not supposed to use it if he became a UCS that day
