hi last week i call the NVc and i got the case nuber but until now i dont know where to check or where to download the package in the case that i dotn received it

That would be at your local US Embassy. Most (don't know about Bogota) will have a number to call or at least e-mail. E-mail often would take several days to be answered. There (look it up here in VJ) a way to tell when the embassy has your petition, it's call the "DHL trick" (again look it up here).

Once you know it is in their hands, you can allow for the time it takes to get the next paperwork in the mail and follow up if you have not received it.

A nosotros nos tomo 10 meses desde enviar la peticion hasta que ella llego a EEUU. La visa la teniamos en 8 meses.

I got the Case Number but when i check on it on Uscis i got this msg " Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283.

The 13-character application receipt number can be found on application notices you have received from the USCIS. It begins with three letters such as (EAC, WAC, LIN, or SRC). Dashes ("-") should be omitted when entering a receipt number. However, all other characters, including asterisks ("*"), can be included if listed on your notice as part of the receipt number.

Listed above are the possible steps an application or petition may go through during processing. Not every application or petition will spend time in each of these steps. Once you enter your receipt number you will see the steps that will always be required for that particular application or petition.
