You don't have to include photos and letters in your package, but you can if you want to. If you are selected for an interview you will need them at the interview, along with other documentation such as joint accounts, insurance etc.

If you want email/text notification that the package was received, include the G-1145 form (just one copy).

Also for the I-864 you need to include actual proof of filing (tax transcripts are best), not just the W-2s.

You don't need affidavits or photos. The only proof of marriage you need is the copy of your certified marriage certificate. You can bring those other things to your interview, if you even have one.

As someone else stated, you need the tax transcript from the most recent filing to go along with the W-2, or a copy of the 1040 and all schedules and attachments that were filed with the IRS.

Also, is your birth certificate in English? If not, you also need to send in a translated copy too.

Hi!

We didnt send our AOS pack either, yet :), seeing DeeDee post, my question is if we need to do 3 diffrent packs (AOS, EAD,AP) or 1 pack with only one set of copies for the other documents, and for the EAD and AP only to complete the I-765 and I-131 forms?

Thanks & good luck!

To doj&kcj - it is safer to treat them as three separate applications in the one envelope - so for each of the three forms you should include individual copies of supporting documents such as marriage certificate, passport stamp, photos, etc.

You needed your A# for all the forms. It is above the beneficiary's name on the NOA2 from your I-129F petition.
