Just got NOA2 in the mail, but no email confirmation or elert

Hello everyone,

Just got back from Santiago a few moments ago, and was talking to my wife in messenger and checking my mail and saw two of letters from Department of Homeland security. I told my wife, "baby, I think i just got our NOA2's" I opened them and there they were. We both cheered and I jumped up and down for joy. I found it strange since i signed up for email elerts and text elerts but didn't receive them. I don't care I got the paper NOA2 and i'm thrilled!

Thats fast!congratulations!

I got NOA1 on Nov.2nd,2011 and so far got notning from USCIS yet! Its been 3 months!

People have been waiting for this over 6 months or even 7 months! I cant believe it

Cant help feeling a little envy and left behind when i have been waiting 6 months and a week for mine. :bonk::bonk::bonk: Stupid CSC

April 2008- Met in person at Friday's Restaurant for dinner

July 2008 - Dating

Nov 2008 - He proposed!

July 25th 2009 - I do! Best day of my life

July 26th 2011 - USCIS received I-130 ( I hate that we waited a long time, i guess at least we wont have to remove conditions)

Feb 8th 2012 - APPROVED!!! (197 Days or 6 1/2 months from NOA1)

Feb 21st 2012- Assign case number (13 days from approval)

March 9th 2012-Packet IV sent to NVC

March 14th 2012-NVC closed my case in 3 DAYS!!! Waiting for interview date = Nerve wrecking

Consulate

March 16th 2012-Biometrics Appointment

May 17th 2012-Interview day!!!

May 18th 2012-Will see my family again after more than 10 years...

Thanks everyone, I have to admit I was caught off guard by this but i'm very happy. I'm hoping those of you still waiting will get yours soon. I don't understand what's up with CSC but I hope it happens for everyone soon. I will definitly need some assistance along the way and I appreciate the offer. Thanks!
