Hello to all, I am new to Visa Journey and have a question that I can't seem to find an answer to. I am trying to file for my AOS but I don't have my vaccination records from Saint Luke's Medical Center, Manila. When I entered into the USA through Honolulu Hawaii, the immigration officer took my vaccination records from my packet and told me to turn in the x-ray CD only when I apply for my green card. What should I do?? Thank you, siri

Topic has been moved from AOS Progress reports to AOS process forum as a more likely location to get the requested information. Since the OP has listed 'other' under the visa category I have moved this to the AOS from Work, Student & Tourist visa forum instead of in the Family visa forum. Is this is incorrect, please let me know and i will move it to the other AOS forum.

Well, the chance you get it back is really slim, the officer might take it wrongly. You can contact your doctor in Manila to ask for a duplicate. Worst situation is you will have to take shots again at a civil surgeon and it just costs money (300-400 varied)
