As a parent. I strongly believe School Officials noticed bruises on the child and asked a few questions. Thereafter, police enforcement and Chidrens Services were called. Thereafter, I deffinately assume the child was taken into care of the State. This is regular procedure.

Who is to say an admission of guilt. You admit there was an alteration and was physical. You claim to have no part of it and your wife is innocent as well. (They asked that child questions and are trained to do that)

I only see an abusive household and a Hopeful Green Card Holder worried about himself.

You don't answer questions but ask only if in your favor.

I maybe banned for this but thats just up to a Moderator.

I read your first post over and over and this is my opinion based upon your replies there/after.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

the kids do not have a immeidate family to go to. the kids stayed with us always. they never took them. they sent a mental health care guy for my wife and step-daughter. and they send another person also. these people came to our home for 6 weeks 3x a week. they said that our case with them is closed and that the 6 weeks program was enough for my wife. but they said that the child will need a lot of help. they gave us many information of parenting for special needs kids. we are not the only one with exprience of behavoir problem of the child. in her school also she has bad behaivior. my wife has been searching help for the child many years and they say the child was too young to pass screening. but after the 6 weeks of service from CRT(children response team) and MHC (mental health care) they are finally helping us with the child to improve behavior and learning. since the CRT and MHC said everything was fine and case is closed: we don´t know why we have attorney letter against my wife. and she is worry because the kids dont have father or anyone to take care of them if she goes to jail and i am not around.

That clarifies things better and sorry for the Attack. You just must cooperate with these agencies due to the fact they call it in the best interest of the child.

If your wife and or you was under attack by these agencies the child would'nt be residing with you. In other words removed for their own safety. This does not appear to be the case.

Never turn down counseling for the child.

As far as an Attorney letter against you. You have the right to get answers. (There is no Criminal Charge ! Correct)

ok - so after those 6 weeks of parenting classes and in home assessments, the case was closed.

Find out what the STATUS was when the case was closed - it's sorta important - helps you to make some plan for the 29 FEB hearing.

Good Luck !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Tolk = translator, and if you say that you aren't fluent in English, you should be able to have one present.

But shouldn't your wife be fluent in English?
