Q about process

Hey VJ,

I have a Question about our progress in our application.

Well first of all its more kind of a problem Question... Well me and my wife had a 6 week week program from people that help us with kids.

to make long story short ... my wife had problems with her youngest kid, one night the kid was fighting and stugeling against my wife... she wanted to pick her up by the arms and than there wer bruces on the arm ... the kid gose to school , the school sees it , the school call the cops on us .. after interview thy desided to put us on a 6 week program from 2 difrent people (3x a week) to help us with the youngest kid.

After that the case manadger said that the chase is closed... now we get a letter in the mail from criminal justice court....

infront of my name is C/O ... like the kid is not more hers but now my responsibility .. ??

also we need to go to a interview by the court order from the letter on 29 Febuary ... if i dont attend to show up with the kid i can get kicked out the country ... ???

and than also my visa exspires on 29 Febuary ... but my aos app is allredy sended...

thy also ask that i truthfully answer the questions what thy ask ... could i ask a TOLK to make me understand more the questions from w/e thy asking me ?

and also we'r afraid we will have trouble with the kid answering thy'r questions , becauz she has ADHD and is mental behind ... she has learning problems and behavior problems ... she dosnt know what is right or wrong.

ask her something she says yes even if she is thinking no and backwords..

also if thy deside from what we tell them my wife can go to jail ...

will this progress affect anything in out whole application ??

could it been seen as a RED FLAG ???

ANYONE CAN HELP ??? PLEASE REPLY ...

Sounds like.. And I'm sure you know, this is a Case of Childrens Services/Department of Human Services.

You do not need a Immigration Attourney for now but you need A Family Attourney before the SYSTEM Really Screws you Over. I would not take these accusations lightly. They are serious.

As a Parent and claiming innocents you are going to be judged if you sought help for the child. Your family Attouney would do a home visit and request a evaluation from a proffessional in the case.

Warning: Do not mess with Childrens Services. Do what they ask but get A ATTOURNEY for futhur instruction.

re: C/O - someone has assumed that since yer male, yer the child's father and/or legal guardian. IMO, this is a mistake.

[i'm not an attorney, nor do I play one on TV - but since yer name is on the documents - I smell procedural error here by the court - it's on YOU to get it corrected - to change all to the child's mother's name]

re: getting kicked out the country - I doubt it - as the jurisdiction of 'that court' is not Federal.

How much u have to pay for a Family Attourney ... ?

Never hire an Attouney at first. Get a CONSULTATION that last about 45 Minutes to discuss your matters. After that they will give you an idea. If unaffordable and qualify see a Legal Aid Office and is free of charge. But, I do not recommend anything Legal that is free of charge. Its part of the System..

its weird that the child last name is on the letter and my last name also and its both just whole diffrent a big diffrence....

her last name is like 4 letters long and just 1 word .. while mine is like 3 words and 12 letters long.

just $$$ or jail or jail + $$$ ??

how much can it be to bail her out ?

do we speak about thousends ? how many day's would she need to stay ?

becauz if it fails i would bail her out in instant.

and what if she is in the jail ??? with or withouth attourny .. and we get a interview appointment ... she is in jail how is she going to be there at the interview that of our aos app ?

is there in site for a attourny for familie ?

When the System accuses you of wrongful behavior/child abuse. You are immediately subject to going before a Court/Investigations. If you do not abide to their requests you look like a bad parent. Childrenss Family Services can breck a Family Apart.

It is always not true the parent is at fault. Case workers need a job and not always in the best interest of the family. They prolong cases and put the child and parents through Hell.

How would I know this? I was put through this. My son. The System never helped him except for giving him pills. EVENTUALLY AT 15 YEARS OLD HE HUNG HIMSELF IN A FOSTER HOME. So nice for the Children Services Workers and the Juvenile Judge to show for his Funeral.

Jail? Thats different. The judge can set a bail. You will be required to post 10% of that amount. The Judge can deny bail as well.
