Hey Guys! Filed on November 14, 2011 does anyone know how long California center is taking for applications? It seems like forever already, in 9 days it will be 3 months including (Holidays). If anyone know what is going on with there status, any help would be appreciated....

Try looking through the IR1 forum for topics like June i130 filers... There are plenty like that for different months... Just saying that other threads already exist, take the time to look them up... Seems the current wait is 5+ months, some are reporting 7 as the current processing time... Explore the forums, you'll learn alot as you wait...

Sept. 22, 2011 - NOA1

March 13, 2012 - NOA2 (via text/email)

NVC

March 19, 2012 - Case received at NVC (in building)

April 02, 2012 - Received case #, IIN, submitted email addresses

April 03, 2012 - AOS bill invoiced & paid; 'IN PROCESS'

April 03, 2012 - emailed DS-3032

April 04, 2012 - AOS fee cleared from bank account

April 06, 2012 - DS-3032 acceptance email received

April 10, 2012 - AOS payment 'PAID'; AOS package sent

April 16, 2012 - AOS accepted/completed

April 25, 2012 - IV bill invoiced & paid; 'IN PROCESS'

April 27, 2012 - IV payment 'PAID'; IV package sent

May 01, 2012 - NVC case complete!!!

May 09, 2012 - Received interview notification email

May 10, 2012 - Case was sent to embassy

May 16, 2012 - Medical Appointment

June 04, 2012 - Approved

184 days here since NOA1, including weekends and holidays. right now CSC has been slow and seems like it's 6.5-7 or so months. Hoping they'd speed up soon though. :-)

You can check out Igor's List , CSC Stats on Igor's list , using this tool should get you close when your time is coming. Nothing guaranteed but it really helped us out through our waiting seeing how they progressed. Best of luck and it seems they're still on July and August of last year........

March 26, 2009: We become a couple!
September 10, 2009: Arrived for first meeting in-person!
June 17, 2010: Arrived for second in-person meeting and start of travel together to other areas of China!

September 1, 2010: Switched course from K1 to CR-1
December 8, 2010: Wedding date set; it will be on February 18, 2011!
February 9, 2011: Depart for China
February 11, 2011: Registered for marriage in Wuhan, officially married!!!

September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package

October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)

November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

September 17, 2013: Mailed I-751 to CSC

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal
