Good morning everyone. Hi, my fiance(e) and I right now are having a problem and we had a big discussion regardless of getting our appointment set up online. Here's what happened. My fiance(e) in the Philippines has called US Embassy Manila and she spoke to one of the lady who assisted her. The NVC has released her petition and it's a matter of receiving it to US Embassy Manila and for her to set up an appointment. The lady she spoke on the phone has made an error online. Instead of going to APPLY US VISA in the Philippines. Whoever this person who assisted her from the US Embassy Manila did not pay attention of what he/she was doing and created a wrong profile on my fiance(e)s registration process and mistakenly applied it to APPLY US VISA in Gambia and also have been registered as a Nonimmigrant Visa instead of Immigrant Visa? I am very upset to the fact that she is close of getting her interview and medical done but somebody there at the US Embassy Manila just screwed up our visa application process. Now, we're stuck and could not change the profile to make some changes on her existing Registration online. Could anyone please help us how we can resolve this problem. I did another registration online and at this time it's the correct one but we created a different email account. Now, How can I delete the wrong registration online whoever that person has created???? Because it has all my fiance(e) passport information on it already. Now, I cannot update her profile on her new registration because it's registered to the other email that was mistakenly created by the individual over at the US Embassy Manila. This is really frustrating. I need you guys help and hope this wont happen to anyone there. Please your help would be greatly appreciated...
