OK, My next question. I just got to thinking about this. My fiance moved during the USCIS paperwork. How do we do a change of address for her so that the Packet 3 and 4 will be sent to her new address or do we even need to worry with this? I have read many blogs on you don't really need them since it is all online and you just print off of the computer. Oh yeah and also, When does she call and make an appointment? We have about all the paperwork ready for the embassy, and waiting on word when our paperwork arrives at the emmbassy.

Same happened to me (beneficiary). We called the USCIS back in August and was told that only when the petitioner changes address, they have to be notified. All you need to do is that once your case gets to the NVC, make sure to call them and get the case number. Once you have the case number, write the embassy in the beneficiary's country and inform about the address change. Remember to inform them about your case number. I did it a few weeks ago and I did recieve packet 3 on the right address :)

Outstanding. That is what I needed to know. When should I call NVC? I received NOA2 Jan 30. I appreciate the reply.

Don't worry about it. You can download packet 3 at the consulate website. You do not need anything from them and Ukraine is probably no better than 50/50 at deliverying it anyway. Just download the forms and go for it.

In Ukraine you fill out all the forms and take them with you to the interview, you do not need to send anything back and you do not need anything from them. Non issue. When you get your KEV number from NVC you can start calling the call center and when they have your case in the system you can make your appointment.

don't call anyone. Just download the forms and get ready. Use her new address on the forms and make sure they have the new address for the delivery of the visa when you go to the interview. She will arrange the delivery herself so it is not a problem.

I have downloaded everything from the embassy site, KEV1, etc... I am having trouble with printing the DS156. I have filled it out 3 times for her and her son and everytime I try to print it, just hangs up my computer. Any suggestions or can she fill out form there?

I appreciate the advise about when to call and make the appointment. She is going on these russian blog sites and the women there are saying to wait a week after the NOA2 and then email and call NVC. I told her by looking at peoples timelines and the average it takes 2-3 weeks at NVC. About 2 weeks before logged in and another to process. Is this about correct?

Thats about correct, check other Ukraine members timelines. I do not know about the forms. I printed blank ones and filled them out by hand. I am not the computer literate kind of guy to ask about that
