Hi,

I am curious to know that if anyone get a stamp through JFK after October 1st?

I don't have any specific information about JFK but my lawyer told me today that:

"Recent guidelines have made it fairly clear that you will not be issued employment authorization incidental to your status (so you would have to file for a new EAD once you enter the U.S. or upon adjustment, which would take ~3 months to obtain). "

Meaning that it should get more difficult to obtain a stamp at the POE.
