Does My fiance have to send me the letter of intent to marry if am filing the I29F, or do I only have to do that?

You should have had not only the G-325A signed by your fiancee, but also the Letters of Intent to Marry by both of you. Why didn't you take care of it when you visited her. It is so much easier. Read the guides on VisaJourney. They are there to help you.

NO! She can't scan it to you! It states that it has to be SIGNED by your fiance.

So she has to mail it to you - all docs have to be ORIGINAL - I don't know everything about this whole process - but I def. know that.

Signatures need to be original and not a scanned copy. If your fiance(e) is not with you when putting together the petition, then they need to mail the letter of intent and signed G325A.
