Hi! well after all the paper works both my son and I finally we are both here in the US. But i have some question regarding my sons situation.Well my son entered the US with his US passport and CRBA.But because his dad and i were not yet married when he was boorn, thats why my son is still carrying my last name as his mother. And when we received his US pasport and CRBA,still his lastname is my lastname. Then to make it short we traveled to US as my son is holding a US passport while im under K1 visa.So all that my son is using here at US is on my lastname as single. And now his father who is my petitoner and I are 5 months now married and we just want him to used his dad's lastname. But we didint know how and where to start. Can anybody here could give their idea or ifnofrmation about my situation.thanks

This would require a legal name change - to change the name on his birth certificate. You will need to find a lawyer.
