how do i find out the real reason for my denial

my husband and i were handed a white slip and the denial is 212 6 1 a c

do i have to wait till it reached the vermont service center to get the acutal reason?

or can i do something before hands

sorry for ur denial but usually in the embassy in DR tells u the reason for the denial, can you tell us what questions were asked and what docs did u bring to ur interview...

The 212 6 1 a c is a fraud/misrep, you already knows this. Spend your time wisely trying to find a lawyer, and during your 1st consulation he will explain ALL of your options.

Calling DOS, will only get you the information you already know.

Then you will have to wait to receive the letter, if you were at the interview and they didn't tell you. They told you you will receive a letter. So you must wait.

yes the c.o didnt tell me all he said to me was that we do not have enough evidence.
