GOOD DAY to all VJ members..!! were preparing to gather all the docs required in filing AOS..hope you will have time to answer my questions.

i had my medical last April 2011 in St.LUKES..how many months does the medical result will expire?is this ok if i will just submit the result i have now from st.lukes last year? or I must go to a surgeon here in US and do another medical?

and my husband didnt file yet for the Federal tax now..is it ok if we will just pass his 2011 income tax?or we must submit the income tax this year?coz since he didnt file this time..

hope to hear your comments guys..have a good day to all!!!

you dont need anymore your vaccination result from st.lukes...you have to have it here in US again and submit, if you dont submit it now, the CO will ask it from you on your interview...be sure to have done it before your interview. Mine was $320...goodluck!

were married last August 2011....so he should file for the income tax this time 2012? if so that could be another problem..he work as self employed doing some house repairs and the income is low..so will have a hard time again to pay the income tax :( this could be another argument again...:(

You've done this a couple of times in this thread. You're confused about income tax years.

Tax returns have to be filed before the deadline each year, which is usually around April 15th. The tax return you file each year is for the PREVIOUS YEAR'S TAXES. This means that the tax return your husband files this year will be for his 2011 TAXES. The tax return he filed last year was for his 2010 TAXES. He won't be filing his 2012 tax return until sometime in the first few months of 2013.

So, when someone refers to your husband's 2010 tax return they are referring to the tax return he filed last year, in 2011. When they refer to is 2011 tax return they are referring to the return he will file this year.
