Not anymore than Israel's neighbors are concerned about Israel having nuclear weapons.

I thought I remembered Ahmadinejad calling for the destruction of Israel. If he had a nuclear weapon he could theoretically carry out the threat with no chance for Israel to respond. Of course that wouldn't do the Palestinians much good. If you have a gun, and somebody says "Im going to kill you" and then starts reaching for a gun. There would be some logic in shooting them

before they actually aimed it at you. You see it in the cop movies all the time. Of course there is 'MAD" which seemed to work for the US and Soviet Union.

Iran is not concerned about the Palestinians any longer, however, Turkey is and that creates an even bigger problem for Isreal:

Khamenei, in a speech nationally broadcast on Friday, staked out a hard line after suggestions by Israel that military strikes are an increasing possibility if sanctions fail to rein in the Islamic Republic's nuclear program.

He pledged to aid any nation or group that challenges Israel and said any military strikes would damage U.S. interests in the Middle East "10 times" more than they would hurt Iran. The comments also may signal that Tehran's proxy forces led by Lebanon's Islamic militant group Hezbollah could be given the green light to revive attacks on Israel as the showdown between the archfoes intensifies

I think they just decided to renew their aid to the Palestinians

I also think my attempt to put that in quotes didn't work to well

Or the Ayatollah is looking for replacement killers. The Israelis didn't do so well against Hezbollah last time.
