error in birthdate

Hello dear Vj's ... i have questions again in my last post i was asking about my kids that will follow me here in the USA. we just filed the petition for my adjustment of status.. Anyways my concern now is my Husband had an error in putting up one of my child birthdate.. instead of may 7 2008 he wrote January 31, 2007 which my eldest son birthdate.. will it affect on me getting my kids? Please help me! Thank you in advance..

When they apply for the visas you will submit their birth certificates. Simply change the date at the time of the interview. We did that with one of our boys, I mistakenly listed my wife's birthdate for him. No big deal, we crossed it out and wrote in the correct one.

Hi I have the same problem because my bf put wrong my birthdate on I129f so he had to send a message to NVCinquiry@state.gov
