Civil surgeon that simply rip you off

I just had an experience with POS civil surgeon. Her name is Ludmila Ridlovsky.

I called her office 3 months ago and made an appointment for I-693 form. I came, she performed a medical exam, took my blood test, gave me fascination that I'm supposed to have. Then she said that the result will be ready in 3 days and I can come and pick up the complete form. I called them in 4 days, not only the form wasn't ready the test result didn't come back from the lab. She made me pay extra so that the results will be ready in 3 days!!! I waited 10 days to pick up my form.

3 months later on interview I found out that the form they gave me in sealed envelope is not completed, half of my results from blood test are not there. So the officer gave it back to me and told me to return in 1.5 months.!!! He said that because of that he can't give me approval today, now I have to wait. Also she made a note on sealed form to ask me about the original immunization results. But she didn't write anything on my copy that she gave me!!!!!

I really want to get back to her for doing this to me. I could have approval today!!!But becase this wh..re.......

If you are looking for a CS, my advise to you exclude her from your list!!!!! That would be the smartest thing to do!!!!!

Does anybody know if I can make a complaint about her unprofessional and that she can't be a USCIS civil surgeon?

The number is 1-800-323-8603. The fax number is 1-202-272-8857. I doubt if they will do anything. They need to be policed they are doing many unnecessary procedures when it comes to I-693.

I doubt anything can be done. She is a US civil surgeon, NOT a USCIS civil surgeon. They are parasites of the first order and it is why I strongly encourage all K visa applicants to make SURE they get all their vaccinations before they arrive and make SURE they get a completed DS3025 form (free) at their medical exam overseas.

Alla andI have worked with our Senator Pat Leahy to introduce federal legislation to remove this provision of using a civil surgeon from the immigration law and allow ANY licensed US doctor to complete these forms. So far every bill the Sneator has attached this amendment to has been voted down, but I suppose one of these days it will pass.

Often, K visa applicants seem only in a hurry to get their loved one here and they ignore things that are "required" for the visa. They figure everything else canbe done "when they are together" This is what happens

The visa is but a small part of a very long process and people need to pay carful attention to all the details. If you do not it will cost you in time and money. You also cannot do this process in "chunks", if you do this is what will happen. It is not "the visa" and then "the AOS" One flows into another and you need to be working on all aspects of the process at all times. As you prepare documents for the visa you need to make sure your loved ones arrive with what they need for the next step. Once she gets her green cardm it is NOT "two years without USCIS" as I often see here. Go over to the Removal of Conditions and you will see that there are posts every day saying "We do not have evidence for the removal of conditions" !!!!!! Really? Why?

Consider this a lesson. Education is expensive. Try to avoid the problems in the future, you have a long way to go.

They will not do anything because they are not breaking the law. We need to change the law, We are working on that.

In the meantime the BEST person to "police this" are the applicants themselves that can avoid this nonsense by getting all their vaccines and a DS3025 before they arrive, usually for free. We did this for all 3 immigrants in this house and did our adjustment with only the DS3025 which they had intheir hands when they arrived with the K visas.

Pay attention, watch the road ahead, it is a long road.
