Had my medical on 27th March and sent paperwork same day. I have checked CEAC website and Status updated Date is 03-April-13  ... I wonder if it means that all forms were ok!

It is not where I breathe but where I love that I live.

Which website is that? Didn't know you could track online once it reached London?

I'm not sure how accurate it is but it had 21-mar2013 as the last updated date before my medical and pkt 3 and now it changed to todays date.

Hi,

I am just wondering (read: worrying) whether I need to take a copy of my fiances previous marriage certificates (which I don't currently have) as well as his divorce decrees (which I have) to my interview? His divorce documents were included in the i-129f but not marriage certificates.

Any thoughts?

Take the original divorce decree and a photocopy of it to the interview. They will hand back the original before you leave. You'll need it again at some point.

Thanks Nich-Nich

Just to be absolutely 100% certain though, do i need to take the marriage certificates as well?

(sorry to make you repeat yourself...i just want to double check everything)

Oh and second question while i think of it...one of the decrees was certified and the other not....is that a problem?

Okay, rewind. I lost the plot. You Daisy are going to the interview. Right? You need no documents from the USC except his affidavit of support and proof of income. The list of documents for the interview are all about you. No divorce decrees for the American needed.

I saw a post on here the other day that said about the I-134 needing to be within 30 days of the interview. Is this the case with the London Embassy? We're using a co-sponsor (his mum) and he was going to help her fill it out and then bring it up with him as he's going to be living with me from the NOA2 to interview then we'll return to the US together, and it could complicate things if it has to be within 30 days.

I hope that is not the case, I haven't seen that anywhere on reading through the Consulate Website ... if it is we're screwed ours will be two weeks over our interview is in just over a week ... they must make some sort of allowance because of having to wait for an interview date :help:

After hastily looking to double check it says on the Consulate website the "Evidence of Support (Affidavit of Support)" must be "less than one (1) year old when presented at the visa interview"
