Follow up question for the affidavit of support....how old can the information be? I have read before people have turned there's in up to 4 months old. I just wanted to double check...what has everyones experience been?? Of course I want mine to be as recent as possible but I also want it to get there as soon as possible. Any information would be helpful, thanks!

Our interview was the end of July and my affidavit of support/employer letter/pay stubs were from the beginning May. I compiled everything once we got the NOA2.

Well, I think I've got everything I need, and more

  • Passport
  • Passport Photographs (US Visa Sized x4 - always good to have spares)
  • Appointment Letter
  • MRV Fee Receipt
  • Birth Certificate and Copy
  • Police Certificate and Copy
  • I-134
  • I-134 Supporting evidence (Employer letter, IRS transcripts, statements from the banks, paystubs)

Those are the essentials I think,

Then in addition to that, I've got (based on the last few interviews where people have been asked)

  • Full copy of the I-134 and supporting evidence
  • Photographs of us together
  • Letters from fiancee confirming intent
  • copy of the skype call history

Anything I've missed?

I just got approved!!! I wasn't asked for any evidence of our ongoing relationship and was in and out in a little over an hour! Full review to follow...

Congrats to you... great news!

Just skype and view call history

Did you copy your entire skype call history? Back in January, I print screened the previous 6 months of call history and it ended up being 50 pages. Our interview won't be for at least a few more weeks to a month away, but I'm trying to do things ahead of time.

Ours went back to january this year. Two pictures per sheet is how we did it, so with back to back printing it reduced everything down somewhat. I front loaded my petition at least

Sorry if I sound stupid guys but where do I get the call logs from? I just decided to follow in your footsteps & I logged into skype but I can't see the call logs option on any of the menus?

I didn't front load very much, just some pictures and tons of proof that we visited each other. I think we'll do a few pages from each month, maybe. I doubt they'll ask for them anyway :)

about right for the conversation history, I'll get back to you on the call history one

I think it's the same as it also shows every call log made & the duration? So I will print out a few from each month as the main thing is you can see we are phoning each other every day. Also your list looks good to me. Good luck! no0pb.gif
