Soooooo my CEAC update just changed to today's date. OMGGG I hope that's my readiness forms. If so that means they were logged within 24hrs!!!

Again, nothing I can do but wait and I would rather wait with this optimistic viewpoint. All out of my hands now. But still: dancin5hr.gif

The last interview letter I saw posted said to go to the embassy website, find the "visa forms" page (left column list) and go to the Form IV019. Does yours say that? The form IV-19 is further instruction for interview and has the step by step payment instructions.

Hi I had the same problem but after a week and a thousand emails and phone calls I paid, however I got an email today from the Embassy today saying 'You may pay the MRV application fee to the Embassy cashier on the day of the interview.'

Good luck for the interview :) mine's the next day.

Well, now that my case is on its way to NVC (and that was quick - NOA2 on Thursday, off to NVC on Monday) I'm down here for the rest of it.. got the forms filled out already bar DS-260.. just need to get my documents together now, which won't take too long in all honesty. Only possible issue is that my vaccinations aren't on the system at my GP, so need to get a letter to them telling them to check my records and have the jabs listed, then get any I need.

That's good moving a long now. I actually did the same thing except I just wAlked in to the GP surgery and requested a appointment with the nurse. Once I saw her got her to give me the ones I didn't have and then write a letter stating the ones I had had and the she stamped it with the gps stamp and they excepted that. Flue injections are out now I suggest you get that done while your there. I will be seeing my GP nurse for mine this Friday.

My Flu appointment's on Oct 12th. I'll take this letter in before that then if I don't hear anything from them I'll quiz them on the 12th. The problem is where I've moved doctor's a few times and then also changed my name I reckon they've forgotten to basically copy my physical records onto my electronic ones, hence the letter due to Data Protection.

Hey Ryan

Yes I believe that's probably is whats happened. They never had mine on the system but they went into the archive store room and found the information in my file. I guess these days they just aren't keeping uptodate with the old stuff just the more current info. Not enough man power I guess.

Had my interview at the Embassy and got my Approval today!

TOP TIP: Don't be a complete numpty like me and discover while waiting on line at 7.45am that you've left your passport AT HOME. Luckily I live 15 mins away from the Embassy by cab but it was totally stupid and cost me £33. (Only excuse is that I was jet lagged out of my gourd, I've been in the US the last 5 weeks and only got back Sunday so I'm battling a 6 hr time dif.)

I also got bounced out of security twice, first time for my iPod headphones, second time for my HSBC Internet Banking secure ID card.

I finally got inside the building at 9am, an hour after I was supposed to and was inside until nearly 1pm, but I took a lot longer for the document check part of the interview as I am complicated (divorced, taking my two kids, have lived in three other countries) so there was a lot of paperwork to check off.

Good luck to those interviewing the rest of this week!

DON'T FORGET YOUR PASSPORT!!! :)

Azsara - What is going on with you, weren't you there today also?!

The last time my case was updated prior from today was Sept 9th they had not registered packet 3. Finally today it was updated and all the forms are registered and rcvd. Can anyone advise how long has it been taking fellow VJ's to rcv appointment letter after all forms have been registered. Just trying to get an idea of timeframe.

I appreciate anyone's feedback thank you! :)
