I know that on the DS-156 question 22. We should put "unknown" which means leave blank b/c we are not able to type letters in or was an additional sheet needed for this.

I just left it blank. No additional sheet.

EDIT: New replies are added to the previous post? What? I don't like that at all.

Thank you I'm in the US and I always dial 01144+the number to call my Fiance but this doesn't seem to work with these 800 numbers :/ unless they are busy or not taking calls at their call center...

0800 and 0845 numbers cannot generally be called from outside of the UK. 0800 are 'free calls' and 0845 are 'local calls', so they can't be connected to from abroad. You need to find the alternative general phone number.

I'm not sure I've called before with a phone card. But I thought maybe the way I was dialing was wrong; they've answered before but kill my minutes. Like a 10$ phone care only last 20 with them lol

For the 0870 number, check here for localized numbers which shouldn't kill your minutes:

Silly question but can I use the same passport pictures for my medical and the picture I gave at the interview?

Does the picture look like you? Is it the correct size? That's all you need to consider, not if or when you used it elsewhere.

The DS-2001 cover sheet says to attach DS-230 part 1 along with it.

So I got confused for packet 3 do I send a copy of it along with the other forms as well and send another one with the cover letter?

Also with the cover sheet I read that we should put where our wedding will be and date is this just an attachment letter that I will have to type up and include along with the DS-2001?

Ok so I found this:

Assemble all of the documents required in support of your application. When you have obtained all of the required documents and are prepared for the visa interview, you are required to complete the Notification of Applicant(s) Readiness, Form 2001 and mail it to the Immigrant Visa Unit together with a covering letter containing your email address, if applicable, date of your wedding and date of the medical examination. See "Contact and Mailing Address" on the right-hand side of the page. Note: The failure to return the forms promptly will delay the processing of your application.

But is still doesn't mention attaching form DS-230 part 1 with it like it says in the bottom of the form. ???

DS-230 part 1 should be sent with all the other DS forms that London lists as required to send in packet 3, yes.

In addition you will need to send a cover note that you type up entirely yourself saying something like

"dear sir/madam,

just to let you know i am now ready for my interview.

My wedding date is *******

my email address is ****

my medical is on/was on ****

Please contact me ASAP to arrange an interview
