I know but remember that these forms cover a wide range of immigration purposes AND countries.

The 'packet 3' letter supersedes what is on the form i.e. DO NOT send any supporting documentation to the embassy in London.

AWWW how sweet but silly question... how you know it was sign like that?

I sent it Signed For, and when you check the reference number on the Royal Mail Track & Trace website there should be a little box saying 'View Signature' (sometimes takes a few hours to appear).

I'm nervous about mine, its next week on the 19th August at 12.50pm. Think I'll be too nervous to eat.

Hope you don't mind me asking but what they do and check>

Aszara, you won't hear back. You only hear back if they find something really wrong with your bloodwork, like a disease or something. You'll be fine. You can always give them a call on Thursday afternoon like I did to know for sure.

CnP, they go through your questionnaire with you, ask you to do an eye test, then lay you down on a medical bed and do all their checks; like checking your heart beat, lungs, feeling your lymph nodes, your feet, hitting you with a little hammer in places for reflexes, depending on your age they may do a breast exam and they may check your genitals. They take blood and that's about it. The chest x-ray is done separately in a different room and can be either before or after.

REALLY NOTHING TO BE NERVOUS ABOUT. Honestly.

This makes me smile because of the gazillion posts you made for months worrying about your medical. Looks different when you're on the other side, doesn't it? The interview will be even easier because they don't check your blood pressure or mess with your bits :P Edited by Nich-Nick
