Yes finally today we are approved for fiance visa and I am so Happy. The embassy told my fiance it will take 14 days to get visa in hand, I hope it really doesnt that long..When will she actually get her visa in hand ..what is the average ..thank you

Congrats....and I'd like to tell you it is about 2 to 4 days at DHL. She will have it soon. It is not 2 weeks. They only say that to keep your expectations low. ;)

You should have it on Monday or Tuesday at the DHL of your choice in Lima.

well today is one week 7 days and still nuthing and yes my fiance is registered on the site to track the visa I hope she will have soon..We really do not want to wait another week..thanks

Dear Swanman,

Did she go to the link that directs to DHL.com??? At the us-visa site she should have gotten the WAYBILL NUMBER. Then, she can check the DHL site. It will not say it is ready to be picked up ...it will say this, "3 Departed Facility in LIMA - PERU LIMA - PERU 14:57 " or similar.

When it says this...she should go to the DHL that was chosen to pick it up. This was our experience.

Yes she is registered with us visa site..and there still is no way bill number ...Its been 7 days
